Go down Jalan Dato Keramat and look for an Indian shop that sells coconut and you will find, the wonderful coconut jelly. The shop (not too sure if it's called Joe Coconut Products or just plain Joe), is located on the left Jalan Dato Keramat just before the traffic light to Sungai Pinang and the police headquaters. It's just right after the junction of Pahang Road.
Manjung Coconut Jelly or MAE Tendernut Jelly (the names are confusing as printed on the card), is unlike other coconut jellies. Instead of coconut water, the juice is used to make jelly and poured back into the shell of the huskless coconut. It is very refreshing and cooling when you take it after you refrigerate the coconut.
This is a MUST try!!! It is recommended to serve the coconut cold as dessert for your dinner guests.
