Every morning, in a far corner of Phuah Hin Leong Road (off Burma Road), there is a small stall on wheels that sells Koay Teow Tng. The stall has been operating for more than twenty years. With only a few round metal tables surrounding the stall, the place is usually full of people in the mornings, either eating in or taking away.
If you like your Koay Teow Tng simple, then try this...it only have chicken gizzards (kay kian), chicken liver (kay knua) and some pig's hoon cheong and a few pieces of chicken blood. It's kinda delicious as the soup is clear.
